All messages sent to the board will be responded to by a board member or via the property manager.
Board members are volunteers and attend to neighborhood business after normal business hours.
We ask all board members to check neighborhood email and respond on a weekly basis.
The Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the neighborhood and can address most questions or concerns.
Email or text is the preferred method of communication. Phone calls are not routinely monitored and may not receive a response.
Written communications allow issues to be properly documented and handled efficiently.
Messages are typically responded to within 24–48 hours.
